1. How can I make a return?
- Visit our returns center here
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
2. What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
3. Can the items be exchanged?
Yes, contact us here letting us know the new size and we will send it to you
4. What is the cost of an exchange/return?
Spain Peninsula
The first exchage is FREE for sneakers orders. For orders under 80 euros the client needs to pay for the shipping costs.
Home returns and second and following exchanges have a cost of 4.5 euros per package with a maximum of 4 products. There will be an extra euro cost for each extra item included in the package

5. How do I ship back the items?
- We recommend to store it in the original box
- In case you no longer keep them, you can use any other box or bag that you have at home in order to protect the product
6 .When and how soon will I get my refund?
The refund request will be processed within 15 working days after return approval through the same payment method as used in the purchase.
