1. How to choose the size?

In each of our shoes on our website you can check your size using the "size chart". Measure the length of your foot and look for the size (EU size) that is closest. If your measurements are between two sizes, always choose the larger one. 


  1. How long do shipments take?

Once your order has been processed, shipments take between 24 and 72 hours.

  1. Can I change the address and delivery date?

Yes, the carrier will send you an order confirmation email. In this email you can select "modify destination address" or "change delivery date".

  1. What if I'm not home?

The carrier will contact you by phone and try a second time. After the second attempt, it will call you up to 3 times to organize a final delivery.

To facilitate delivery, our carrier Envialia will track the shipment by email.

  1. Can I track the order?

Yes, in the email that our carrier will send you, you will be able to track the order in real time. Additionally, if you include your phone number, they will also send you a tracking link by SMS.

  1. Where can I see the shipping rates?

  1. Do you ship to the whole world?

Yes we send but for this you have to contact us here and we will inform you about the shipping rate to your country


  1. How can I make a return? 

 If you want to return a product you must request it here indicating your order number and email and selecting the model you want us to send you.

Within a period of 24/48 hours you will receive confirmation that your return has been accepted and the delivery person will proceed to the return at the address 

  1. How can I make a change? 

If you want to make a change you must first request the return here and then make the new purchase here

  1. What are the exchange/return conditions?

 Products can be returned within 30 calendar days as long as they are in good condition, more details here

  1. What is the cost of an exchange/return?

The first change with home collection is FREE in peninsular national territory for shoe orders. For orders of less than 80 euros, the customer will have to pay the corresponding shipping costs. 

Returns with home collection, as well as second and subsequent changes, have a cost of 4.50 euros per package, with a maximum of 4 items. An additional 1 euro will be charged for each extra item included in the package (mainland national territory).

  1. How to send my change or return?

We recommend that you pack it in the original boxes. In case you no longer keep them, you can use any other box or bag to protect the product. Once this is done, close the box. 

The carrier will collect the order at the same address that we had used for the shipment. If you want the collection to be made at a new address, you must tell us by here

  1. When and how will I receive the amount of my refund?

You will receive the amount through the same form of payment used in your purchase in a maximum estimated time of 15 days from the confirmation of the acceptance of the return, depending on your bank.


  1. How do I use a discount code?

If you have a discount code you can use it at the end of the order in the "Information" section and enter it in the "Discount code" box. Remember to check "Use" so that it is applied correctly.
