What are the conditions for exchanges/returns? How can I make an exchange/return?
How do I send my exchange or return?
We recommend that you pack it in the original boxes. In case you no longer have them, you can use any other box or bag to protect the product. Once this is done, close the box.
The carrier will pick up the order at the same address that we used for the shipment. If you want the collection to be made at a new address, you must indicate it to us here
What is the cost of an exchange/return?
Spain (Peninsula)
The first exchange with home collection is FREE in mainland Spain for orders of trainers. For orders under 80 euros the customer will have to pay the corresponding shipping costs.
Returns with home collection, as well as second and subsequent exchanges, have a cost of 4.50 euros per package, with a maximum of 4 items. An additional 1 euro will be charged for each extra item included in the package (mainland national territory).

When and how will I receive my refund?
You will receive the amount using the same payment method used in your purchase within a maximum estimated time of 15 days from confirmation of acceptance of the return, depending on your bank.
Where can I see shipping rates? Do you ship worldwide?
How long do shipments take?
Once your order has been processed, shipments take between 24 and 72 hours.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order in real time in the email that our carrier will send you. Additionally, if you include your phone number, they will also send you a tracking link by SMS.
What happens if I'm not at home?
The carrier will contact you by phone and try again. After the second attempt, they will call you up to 3 times to arrange a final delivery.
To facilitate delivery, our carrier will track the shipment by email.
Can I change the delivery address and date?
Yes, the carrier will send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped. In this email you can select “modify destination address” or “change delivery date”.
How to choose the size?
You can check your size using the Size Guide for each of our shoes on our website. Measure the length of your foot and find the size that is closest to your foot. If your measurements are between two sizes, always choose the larger one.
